Location:

Our apartment is located directly at the city park of Soltau and is only a short walk from the city center (4 min). In the city park there is a large playground and a nice cafe. Restaurants, bakeries and a supermarket are also located in the immediate vicinity. The Soltau Therme, the hospital as well as the rehabilitation clinic are within walking distance. The Heidepark is around 6 km away.

Size:

The apartment is approximately 85sqm in size and is located on the first floor of our newly renovated house. The apartment has 3 rooms (2 bedrooms, 1 living room) with high ceilings, a fitted kitchen and a bathroom with shower and bath. The apartment can be occupied with a maximum of 4 persons (+ toddler).

Equipment:

The apartment is modern equipped with Wlan, flatscreen TV, radio, new kitchen including dishwasher, towels and bedding, washing machine, shower + bath, 2x double beds (180x200, 160x200cm), board games, high chair (If you are missing something, please contact us). Garden use is also possible. Free parking is available directly at the house. Pets are not allowed as well as smoking.
